About The Director: Thomas F. Fischer, M.Div,
M.S.A., received his M.Div. from Concordia Seminary, St.
Louis, Missouri, USA in 1983. In 1997, he also received a Masters Of
Science In Administration (M.S.A.) from Central Michigan University,
Mt. Pleasant, Michigan, USA. A certified Interim Minister and member
of the Interim Ministry Network, Tom has attended numerous trainings
relating to organizational health, conflict management, intervention
in organization, etc. His studies in church conflict have led him to
a specific interest in trauma and addiction-based behaviors and
recovery strategies. He and his wife of 31 years have one grown daughter. An ordained
minister, Fischer has been ministering as full-time pastor as well
as writer, seminary/denominational instructor, church planter,
consultant, and musician. When not engaged in the myriad of
activities relating to his ministry, he enjoys a round of golf.
